Job Summary

Leading a talented team, the full-time remote Graphics and VR Manager will oversee project assignments, drive operational excellence, and ensure client success by managing graphics production workflows and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers while overseeing project assignments and performance
• Establish best practices for project execution and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency
• Strategically manage key accounts and ensure proactive communication to align client expectations and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in visual production, media, or Prop Tech environments
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Deep technical understanding of 3D visualization, rendering workflows, and production tools
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects through completion
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
