Graphics Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing on-site project management and coordination, the full-time Onsite Graphics Manager will oversee the development and approval process of private brand packaging while ensuring adherence to company policies and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and reviews incoming jobs, obtaining specifications from clients or suppliers
• Updates project status in the online management tool and communicates with stakeholders regarding job progress
• Coordinates art turnover meetings and ensures accurate transfer of information for job completion

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experience in the graphic arts industry
• At least one year of project management experience in package design, graphics, or prepress
• Basic understanding of computers and software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ProofHQ
• Proven customer service skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships
• Strong logical and conceptual thinking skills to correlate job specifications
