GRC Compliance Lead
Job Summary
To support an external software development organization, the remote GRC Compliance Lead will define, operate, and mature a compliance program for a multi-tenant enterprise AI platform, focusing on SOC 2 and ISO readiness, audit preparation, and compliance-by-design practices.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement governance, risk, and compliance practices tailored for an enterprise AI platform
- Prepare customer-facing security documentation and support audit readiness and compliance assessments
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure practical and repeatable compliance controls
Required qualifications
- Experience in a security, governance, risk, or compliance program within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
- Ability to define controls, collect evidence, and track compliance gaps
- Experience preparing security documentation and compliance materials for clients
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in client-facing environments
