GRC Compliance Lead

Job Summary

To support an external software development organization, the remote GRC Compliance Lead will manage the delivery of AI capabilities in production workflows, focusing on evaluation, monitoring, and operational quality controls while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of AI capabilities across enterprise platforms, ensuring production readiness
• Evaluate AI behavior rigorously and establish measurable performance frameworks for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine appropriate AI solutions and manage engineering constraints such as cost and reliability

Required qualifications

• Experience shipping software backed by LLMs, ML models, or agentic workflows to production users
• Strong understanding of AI workflow patterns, including model routing, orchestration, and evaluation approaches
• Proven ability to build and monitor production AI systems, focusing on safety and performance
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in collaborating with backend and product teams
• Experience in client-facing consulting environments, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills
