GRC Compliance Lead
Job Summary
Supporting an external software development organization, the remote GRC Compliance Lead will define, operate, and mature a compliance program for a multi-tenant enterprise AI platform, focusing on SOC 2 and ISO readiness, audit preparation, and compliance-by-design.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage compliance practices, ensuring alignment with SOC 2 and ISO standards
- Prepare customer-facing security documentation and support audit readiness through evidence collection and gap tracking
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement practical and automation-friendly compliance controls
Required qualifications
- Experience in a security, governance, risk, or compliance role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
- Ability to define controls and prepare for audits and compliance assessments
- Experience in preparing security documentation and compliance materials for customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic approach to compliance execution
