GRC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GRC Engineer to strengthen compliance posture and drive audit readiness within cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support compliance programs, coordinate audits, and articulate cloud security controls
• Own continuous audit readiness and design control testing using automation and scripting
• Develop and maintain security policies and conduct risk assessments across cloud services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience applying SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or CMMC requirements to cloud environments
• Ability to understand and write code, preferably Python, for automation tasks
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and compliance automation tools like Vanta
