GRC Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of the Technology Compliance program, the full-time remote GRC Engineer will automate compliance processes through Compliance-as-Code, Policy-as-Code, and Continuous Control Monitoring, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant within the Azure cloud ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Embed security checks into development workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code to prevent non-compliant deployments
- Design and maintain executable policies using Azure Policy and Open Policy Agent to ensure compliant infrastructure
- Build automated pipelines for continuous auditing of cloud environments against compliance baselines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in DBA roles and/or as a GRC Engineer with a strong background in database compliance rules
- Exceptional program management skills in large complex organizations
- Experience with GRC tooling for control automation is highly desired
- Ability to propose solutions and implement them effectively with minimal oversight
