GRC Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, GRC Engineering who will lead client engagements and manage a team of analysts in cybersecurity compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high-quality client experience
• Guide clients through compliance initiatives and manage escalations professionally
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and oversee SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading a team
• Proven experience managing compliance programs with familiarity in SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks
• Strong knowledge of technical control implementation in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Amenable to working US time zone hours
