GRC Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the implementation of enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms, the part-time remote GRC Implementation Project Manager will manage project activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities for the implementation of the SmartSuite GRC platform
• Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple implementation phases
• Monitor project risks and escalate concerns proactively to leadership as needed

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience, particularly in enterprise software implementations
• Hands-on experience with GRC or compliance risk platforms
• Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
• Familiarity with GRC technology, compliance, risk management, or governance environments
• Agile and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic settings
