GRC Manager

Job Summary

Managing the corporate governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) teams, the full-time remote GRC Manager will oversee internal security reviews, vendor risk management, and support compliance initiatives while coordinating with global stakeholders and reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Global GRC team and serve as an escalation point for complex issues
• Support talent management activities, including hiring and performance reviews
• Monitor regulatory requirements and assess their impact on GRC responsibilities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on IT Cybersecurity or Risk Management experience
• Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with GRC/VRM tools and platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
