GRC Program Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering closely with ServiceNow Delivery Operations and CMDB teams, the fully remote GRC Program Consultant will lead governance initiatives, perform risk assessments, and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings to ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance-by-design initiatives including controls, standards, and delivery guardrails
• Perform risk assessments related to ServiceNow/CMDB implementations and monitor data quality
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, IT Risk, and Audit teams to support audit readiness

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Program Management, Risk Management, or Governance experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or CMDB environments
• Strong understanding of risk management and governance frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations or transformation initiatives
• Relevant college degree and/or certifications strongly preferred
