GRC Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance governance, risk, and compliance reporting, the full-time GRC Reporting and Metrics Specialist will develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and ServiceNow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights into the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that visualize cybersecurity metrics across the enterprise
• Produce recurring reports on system authorization status, POA&M details, and risk acceptance, along with ad-hoc reports as needed
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable

Required qualifications

• Four (4)+ years of experience in relevant tasks
• Master's degree
• Proficiency in developing dashboards using Power BI and automating workflows with Power Automate
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its reporting capabilities
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience with common GRC tools
