GRC Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance governance, risk, and compliance reporting, the full-time GRC Reporting Specialist will develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports using GRC platforms, Power BI, and ServiceNow, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights into the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to visualize cybersecurity metrics and status across the enterprise
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on system authorization, POA&M details, and risk acceptance status
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve dashboard efficiency

Required qualifications

• Four (4)+ years of experience in relevant tasks
• Master's degree
• Proficiency in developing dashboards using Power BI and automating workflows with Power Automate
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform's reporting capabilities
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience with GRC tools
