Fluent in Greek and English, the full-time Greek Speaking Medical Information Specialist will respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, utilizing scientific literature and internal data to provide accurate information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to medical and safety-related inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms
• Documenting and reporting adverse events and safety concerns in compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing informal training and mentorship to new team members while contributing to process improvements

Required qualifications

• A degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field
• Fluency (C1) in Greek and English, both written and orally
• An interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
