Greenhouse ATS Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Techno Functional Developer to support the implementation and optimization of the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Greenhouse ATS modules and workflows
• Gather functional requirements from HR and Talent Acquisition teams and translate them into system configurations
• Design and implement integrations between Greenhouse ATS and various HRIS and job board systems

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS platform implementation and administration
• Experience configuring Greenhouse recruiting modules and workflows
• Hands-on experience designing API integrations, preferably with Oracle HCM
• Solid understanding of recruiting operations and talent acquisition processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
