Greenhouse ATS Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse ATS Techno-Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Greenhouse ATS modules and workflows
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Design and implement integrations between Greenhouse ATS and various HR systems and job boards

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS platform, including implementation and administration
• Experience configuring Greenhouse recruiting modules and workflows
• Hands-on experience designing API integrations with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle HCM
• Solid understanding of recruiting operations and candidate lifecycle management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
