Job Summary

Greenhouse ATS Technical Expert, responsible for configuring and maintaining the Greenhouse ATS platform while integrating it with Oracle HCM and onboarding systems in a full-time contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Greenhouse ATS and onboarding platforms to meet user and business requirements
• Build and maintain data integrations between Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, and onboarding systems
• Generate data analytics and custom reports for leadership and talent acquisition teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise as a Greenhouse ATS Subject Matter Expert
• Deep experience configuring end-to-end HRIS systems and automated onboarding workflows
• Strong background integrating Greenhouse with Oracle HCM and external platform APIs
• Solid understanding of GDPR compliance, data governance, and SOX audit protocols
• Hands-on experience with EmpTrust platform configurations is highly preferred
