Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse ATS Technical SME.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to define HRIS system needs and develop solutions
Complete configuration tasks in Greenhouse and onboarding systems for user and business needs
Ensure compliance of HRIS systems with GDPR and support data analytics for reporting

Required Qualifications

Experience with Greenhouse ATS and HR onboarding solutions, preferably EMP Trust
Strong integration development skills using APIs and middleware tools
Hands-on experience with configuring HRIS systems
Knowledge of data governance regulations, including GDPR
Experience in supporting data analytics and reporting
