Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to define HRIS system needs and develop solutions
Complete configuration tasks in Greenhouse and onboarding systems as requested
Configure integration between Oracle HCM and Greenhouse platform, ensuring data consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong technical profile with experience in Greenhouse ATS
Experience with EmpTrust is a major plus
Knowledge of GDPR and data governance regulations
Experience in data analytics and reporting using Greenhouse data
