Greenhouse Integration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to define integration and data requirements
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM using various technologies
• Ensure compliance with data governance regulations and support data analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS/integration development, preferably with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and/or file-based interfaces
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby)
• Understanding of HR data structures and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
