Greenhouse Integration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer to enhance integrations between Greenhouse ATS, Oracle HCM, and onboarding systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to understand integration and data requirements
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM using APIs and middleware
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integrations and support data analytics using Greenhouse data

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS/integration development, preferably with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
• Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and file-based interfaces
• Strong experience with at least one programming or scripting language for integration services
• Familiarity with common iPaaS/middleware tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
