Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer (Greenhouse / Oracle HCM / Job Portals).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support integrations between EMP Trust onboarding platform and enterprise HR systems
Develop and support integrations with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM Cloud
Integrate ATS systems with major job portals and ensure consistent candidate flow

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HR system integrations
Hands-on experience with EMP Trust, Greenhouse ATS, and Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations
Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle integration tools
Understanding of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes
