Greenhouse Integration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer (Greenhouse / Oracle HCM / Job Portals).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between EMP Trust onboarding platform and enterprise HR systems
• Develop and support integrations with Greenhouse ATS, including candidate data synchronization and onboarding workflows
• Build and support integrations between Greenhouse / EMP Trust and Oracle HCM Cloud

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR system integrations
• Hands-on experience with EMP Trust onboarding platform, Greenhouse ATS, and Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle integration tools
• Understanding of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes
