Job Summary

Grid Integration Engineer, an early-career full-time position focused on data center and large load interconnection studies, analyzing transmission systems, and automating workflows using Python and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct steady-state transmission system analysis to evaluate large load and data center interconnection opportunities
• Support technical analysis for large load interconnection and transmission service requests across U.S. markets
• Develop data-driven tools and automate analytical workflows to enhance interconnection evaluations and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred, especially in Power Systems or Energy Systems
• 3+ years of professional experience in power and energy industry focusing on transmission and interconnection
• Strong background in power systems analysis and proficiency with TARA or similar tools
• Strong Python skills for automation and data analysis
• Familiarity with stakeholder processes and market rules in ERCOT, MISO, SPP, and PJM
