- Oversee daily operations of Grievance and Appeal Specialists and ensure compliance with performance standards
- Conduct root cause analysis of appeal issues and implement process improvements
- Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional work experience
- 1 - 2+ years of managed care experience
- Staff/process management experience
- In-depth knowledge of grievance and appeal processes and federal/state regulations
