Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of Grievance and Appeal Specialists and ensure compliance with performance standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis of appeal issues and implement process improvements
  • Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional work experience
  • 1 - 2+ years of managed care experience
  • Staff/process management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of grievance and appeal processes and federal/state regulations
