Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Grievances and Appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and report all grievances and appeals accurately and within regulatory frameworks
- Develop and maintain Grievance and Appeals processes and systems to support company goals
- Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and establish a positive working environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five years of progressive responsibility in insurance or managed care
- One year of supervisory or lead experience in insurance or managed care
- Experience in Grievance and Appeals or Customer Service preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
