Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Grievances and Appeals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and report all grievances and appeals accurately and within regulatory frameworks
  • Develop and maintain Grievance and Appeals processes and systems to support company goals
  • Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and establish a positive working environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Five years of progressive responsibility in insurance or managed care
  • One year of supervisory or lead experience in insurance or managed care
  • Experience in Grievance and Appeals or Customer Service preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred
