Grocery Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Grocery Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer forecasting within PlanEx, including item-level forecasts and monthly snapshot execution
• Ensure forecasts reflect the latest estimates by incorporating retail trends, order history, and customer commitments
• Serve as a planning partner to cross-functional teams, translating forecast data into executive-ready insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in understanding customer strategy and internal vision
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Understanding of sales/trade forecasting and P&L
• Ability to develop strategic relationships and communicate insights to senior leadership
