Grooming Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and drive performance across two Phoenix hubs by leading a team of up to 40 pet stylists
• Manage safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in grooming operations, including mobile services and inventory management
• Own the territory P&L and ensure a world-class customer experience while developing and engaging Pet Stylists

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams, with at least 2 years managing teams of 20+ employees
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of managing P&L and business growth
• Ability to quickly learn company tech systems
• Pet or mobile service-related experience is a plus
