Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Economics, or Data Analytics
• Experience with the CMS Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection System and related models
• Knowledge of federal rulemaking processes and data validation procedures
• Experience advising federal clients on Medicare policy
• Ability to publish peer-reviewed articles using relevant datasets
