Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume volunteer recruitment and follow-up phone calls
• Provide direct support to canvass and phone bank hosts, ensuring they are prepared to run their events
• Facilitate virtual trainings for volunteers and hosts, and assist with event logistics

Required Qualifications

• Strong commitment to the mission and values, with a focus on equity and belonging
• One cycle of grassroots volunteer organizing experience in an electoral context
• Understanding of voter contact and electoral organizing strategies
• Strong relationship management and prioritization skills
• High level of comfort with organizing tools and technology
