Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grounds Team Member.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping to ensure a safe and visually appealing campus environment
• Operate and maintain equipment, including upkeep of natural areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior signage
• Assist with classroom and office setups as well as mail deliveries

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of grounds maintenance principles, landscaping, and horticulture
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer
• Knowledge of OSHA workplace safety standards
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Successful completion of a background check
