Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new groups, renewals, and changes in accordance with departmental guidelines
  • Update group demographics and ensure accurate data in relevant systems
  • Coordinate billing processing and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of customer service or administrative support experience, plus one year in a membership/billing/accounts area
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of the membership system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Good judgment and organizational skills
