- Coordinate billing processing and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service or administrative support experience, plus one year in a membership/billing/accounts area
- Ability to acquire knowledge of the membership system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Good judgment and organizational skills
