Job Summary
Leading a dedicated brand pod, the full-time Group Account Director will guide the vision and performance of a key account while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive client business strategy and oversee project delivery and timeline management across all workstreams
- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration across teams
- Ensure the integrity and excellence of deliverables, proactively identifying challenges and solutions
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or integrated marketing
- 4+ years in leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to drive client business strategy with embedded social-first KPIs
- Strong experience in financial management, including budget oversight and media spend allocation
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana
