Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives for a key client, the full-time salaried Group Account Director will manage client relationships, develop strategic plans, and oversee financial performance while inspiring and guiding a team in a dynamic agency environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual strategies in partnership with senior clients, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction
  • Oversee financial management of client portfolios, including forecasting revenue, managing scopes of work, and leading contract negotiations
  • Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and fostering a proactive and energized team culture
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in client servicing roles within an agency environment
  • Proven experience managing large clients and complex campaigns, including high-volume retainers
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching teams of 10+ people
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively
  • Strong client relationship management skills, particularly with senior-level stakeholders
