Job Summary
To drive exceptional client service and portfolio growth, the full-time remote Group Account Director will develop and implement comprehensive strategies across multiple client accounts, manage high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence while navigating diverse contract models.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive account plans for each client, driving high-quality results and portfolio growth
- Design and implement performance tracking systems to provide visibility into operational and financial metrics across client accounts
- Identify and implement new product offerings that address evolving client needs and drive portfolio expansion
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate, with multi-client account management
- Extensive experience managing multiple client relationships with various contract structures
- Proven track record of managing complex portfolio budgets of $50M+
- Strong background in portfolio performance management, including KPI development and reporting systems
- Demonstrated risk management capabilities across multi-client operations
