Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and quality standards
• Partner with Medical and Creative leadership to provide strategic guidance and drive account growth
• Mentor and develop Account team members through coaching and professional development plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications or advertising
• Experience managing direct reports
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in business or science preferred
• Experience across multiple products and therapeutic categories preferred
