Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Group Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the account team, establishing and maintaining client/agency strategic partnerships
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure quality work execution while driving team performance and client satisfaction
• Engage in new business activities, including RFP responses and presentations

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports
• Experience across multiple products and therapeutic categories
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or science preferred
