Group Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Account Supervisor - Market Access & Payer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships focused on market access and payer strategy
• Develop payer evidence-based communications in collaboration with Medical, Strategy, and Creative teams
• Oversee fiscal management, including budget accountability and staffing alignment for access initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in market access or payer marketing
• Experience in developing payer strategies and reimbursement-focused campaigns
• Proven experience managing direct reports
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience across multiple products and payer segments preferred
