Group Air Agent Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Agent - Team Lead to manage group air travel reservations and support agents in their booking tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, book, and ticket air travel for groups, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and training to agents on processes and policies
• Assist management with monitoring operations and managing group accounts, including contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of experience in group booking and ticketing, with complex international experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Sabre, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in contracting and issuing block space is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements
