Group Air Travel Advisor

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive travel services for meeting and incentive attendees, the full-time Group Air Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international air, rail, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations while working remotely to ensure high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding their travel arrangements, adhering to unique program policies and parameters
• Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of GDS and ensure quality control for reservations before ticketing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GDS
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of international travel documentation and pricing
