Delivering exceptional travel service experiences for corporate business customers, the full-time Specialized Group Air Travel Counselor will manage the end-to-end booking process, provide creative travel solutions, and ensure high-quality customer service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support group air reporting, including air matrices and post-trip reconciliation
- Resolve customer issues quickly and independently while providing guidance and support to the travel consultant team
- Execute the booking process through various communication channels, ensuring compliance with travel policies and documentation standards
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an international corporate travel consultant
- Proficiency in SABRE and knowledge of international fares, exchanges, and ticketing
- Strong service focus and customer orientation for high-end, VIP travelers
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple accounts
