Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Creative Director on ideation, concepting, and creative strategy
• Lead and elevate a team of designers, providing actionable feedback and fostering a high-performance environment
• Execute design projects across various mediums, ensuring alignment with cultural and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of creative execution experience in a high-performance environment
• Experience managing or mentoring creative talent
• Portfolio showcasing campaign-level thinking, high-end visual design, motion, and 3D
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; Blender proficiency preferred
• Deep understanding of sports and culture, with experience in sports, gaming, or entertainment
