Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Art Supervisor to lead the creative design team and manage artwork development for integrated advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the creative design team while managing client relationships
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client marketing challenges
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and consistency in creative output

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field
• 7 years of creative/creative management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical devices
• Digital portfolio showcasing creative work is required
• Proficient in FIGMA and advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
• Outstanding creative presentation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
