Group Art Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a creative design team, the full-time Group Art Supervisor will manage the conception, development, and execution of artwork for integrated advertising campaigns while ensuring projects align with strategic objectives, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creative process and manage the design team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
• Develop innovative ideas to address client marketing challenges and maintain high standards of design quality
• Mentor junior team members and freelancers, delegating assignments and monitoring project progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field
• 7 years of creative or creative management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Proficiency in FIGMA and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing outstanding creative presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while being self-motivated and detail-oriented
