Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select risk for profitable acquisition and retention of business
• Consult with distribution partners to provide suitable products and plan options

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years in group benefits underwriting
• Experience with core products: group life, dental, vision, and supplemental health
• Proficiency in underwriting processes and guidelines
• Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize customer needs
• Comfortable with learning and adopting new technologies
