Group Care Certified Nurse Midwife

Job Summary

A healthcare company is looking for a Group Care Certified Nurse Midwife.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered group and individual care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in a virtual setting
• Facilitate virtual sessions of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum group cohorts, including weekdays, weeknights, and some weekends
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide whole-person care and participate actively in population health protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Midwife with a current, unrestricted license in a compact state
• 5+ years of experience providing clinical care to the maternal-child health population
• Experience facilitating preconception and/or pregnancy/postpartum groups, in-person or virtually
• Willingness to work Eastern Time hours and facilitate groups on weekdays, weeknights, and some weekends
• Passionate about tackling birth inequity and the role structural racism plays in maternal morbidity and mortality
