Group Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary
Experienced finance leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for driving enterprise value through strategic capital events, designing holding company architecture, and managing financial operations across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Own the sum-of-the-parts valuation model and drive strategies to increase group enterprise value
- Design the holding-company structure and implement group ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead the capital allocation framework and optimize cash engine performance through performance marketing metrics
Required qualifications
- 10-20 years in finance, including 3+ years as CFO or Group CFO with full P&L accountability
- Direct experience in transaction processes, including sell-side or minority sales
- Multi-entity holdco or portfolio experience across diverse businesses
- Fluency in sum-of-the-parts valuation and performance-marketing economics
- Experience with IFRS and US GAAP, and proficiency in AI tools for finance work
