Job Summary
Providing service support to group intermediary partners, the full-time FLEX Intermediary Partner Care Group Specialist will manage inquiries related to the Centralized Group Commission Program via voice and e-channels while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining positive relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research and respond to inquiries from intermediary partners and properties regarding centralized group commission programs
- Educate and promote the benefits of the Centralized Group Commission Program to partners and properties
- Monitor group events and coordinate necessary follow-ups to ensure accurate event payments
Required qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience
- High School Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other enterprise systems
- Previous experience in hospitality, business development, or marketing is preferred
