Group Commission Specialist

Job Summary

Providing service support to group intermediary partners, the full-time FLEX Intermediary Partner Care Group Specialist will manage inquiries related to the Centralized Group Commission Program via voice and e-channels while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining positive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and respond to inquiries from intermediary partners and properties regarding centralized group commission programs
• Educate and promote the benefits of the Centralized Group Commission Program to partners and properties
• Monitor group events and coordinate necessary follow-ups to ensure accurate event payments

Required qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience
• High School Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other enterprise systems
• Previous experience in hospitality, business development, or marketing is preferred
