Group Contracting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Group Contracting Manager will manage the operational and strategic aspects of the payer network, ensuring provider enrollment and compliance while driving network growth and operational excellence in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand and optimize the payer network, focusing on commercial and Medicaid opportunities
• Lead the team responsible for payer enrollment and contracting operations, establishing KPIs and improving operational processes
• Oversee compliance activities, ensuring timely revalidation and adherence to payer requirements while preparing performance reports for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, payer operations, or network management
• Experience working with commercial and Medicaid payers is required
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical skills to evaluate payer performance and identify operational opportunities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and healthcare operations systems
