Group Copy Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of writers, the full-time Group Copy Supervisor will develop strategy-driven content for healthcare brands, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of scientific and promotional content aligned with brand strategy and compliance requirements
• Oversee and mentor copywriters, providing guidance and feedback for their professional development
• Collaborate with creative, medical, and account teams to produce high-quality content across various channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical copywriting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA and medical/legal review processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with content management and collaboration tools
